List in the schedule

You can adjust the schedule view by listing something else than users. For instance, you can list Task and see the scheduled tasks on the left hand side of the screen.

Group in the schedule

You have the option to group by any field in your shifts and other registries. This means that you can set up an overview where you see, for example, which employees are working on which project or what task each of them is assigned to.

Filter in the schedule

When you click on Filter you get a couple of options:

  • Hide rows with shifts - get an overview of available personnel and shifts that still need to be booked.
  • Hide rows without shifts - remove empty rows without shifts and get a better overview of the shifts that have already been booked.
  • Only show published shifts - get an overview of shifts which your personnel has already been notified of.
  • Only show unpublished shifts - get an overview of shifts which your personnel has not yet been notified of.
  • Add tag filter - you can filter by tags you have added to your account.

Press Filter >> Add a tag filter. Then choose a tag from the list. You have succeeded if you see a a yellow square shaped box at the top of the schedule view.

Click on the filter located on the yellow square shaped box if you wish to add another tag to it. You can choose to only show users with your chosen tags meaning that they must have all of them. Another option is to show those users who have any of your chosen tags meaning that it is enough for the users to have one of them to appear on the schedule.

  • Add register filter - you can filter by user, customer, task and other registry entries connected to your shifts.

Press Filter >> Add register filter. Then choose a register from the list. Once you have done that a yellow square shaped box containing the filter will appear at the top of the schedule view. Click on the filter and choose whether the filter is to include or exclude the register entries you choose from the pre-defined list. To find what you are looking for quicker you can type a couple of letters in the bottom field.

Save filter tabs

You can save your settings in separate tabs for future use by clicking the plus sign at the top left corner in the schedule. Fill in the name of your new tab and press Save. All your tabs are available at the top of the page.
