How do I reset my password?

To reset your password click on "Forgot your password?" in the login page, fill in either your e-mail address or user name and click on "Send".

If you have more than one profile in Timezynk fill in the user name instead of e-mail address to reset the password for a specific profile.

Now open your e-mail inbox and find the email from Timezynk Support.

In the email click on "Create a new password". Then fill in the password and press "Save new password".

Hint! Password will be more secure and easy to remember if you use an entire frase with several words and spaces in between.

Could not save the password? It can depend on the following:

• Your new password is too weak (you get a warning saying "Password is too weak" and the line(-s) under the field is/are red). Give it another try and come up with a stronger password.
• You are using an old email to reset your password (72 hours have passed since you have received the email). Please request a new email.
• You have already reset your password using the link in the email (it can be only used once). Please request a new email.
