Automatic shift booking means that users who have answered yes to either a shifts inquiry or an open shift are booked based on first-come, first-served principle.
Automatic shift booking is disabled for both booking inquiries and open shifts by default.
You can activate this funtionality by clicking on ⚙️ and navigate to Automatic shift booking under Scheduling.
Note! Users must be authorised to show interest to open shifts before automatic shift booking for open shifts can be activated. Read more about how to assign different permissions to users.
