Businesses need to be able to man their shifts effectively. In Timezynk it is easy to send booking inquiries while scheduling and do follow up in the Inquiries view.

Finding the right things, grouping and filtering

What's most important on the page are the inquiries, meaning the questions sent to the users. Standard is to show all open inquiries but you can choose whether you want to ssee the ones that are unanswered or the ones that users have replied Yes or No to respectively. .

Sorting the inquiries

The standard is to sort the inquiries in the same order as the answers to it but you are free to change that setting to suit your needs. Title stands for the name of the shift, Sent stands for the time that the inquiriy was sent and Start time stands for when the shift starts.

Grouping booking inquiries

To get a better overview you can group your inquiries. Standard shows them one and one. By grouping them together by e.g. Client you will quickly see all inquiries regarding that client.

You can then keep grouping further within the sub groups until you get the view to look exactly the way you want it to.

Filter booking inquiries

By choosing to Add filter you can show inquiries specific to your department or a specific user. When you choose Add filter another box appears where you define what it is you want to filter.

Select and edit multiple

By selecting inquiries or whole groups of inquiries you get the blue context menu to appear. This meny has a few buttons for the most common tasks.

Save your views

In order to not have to click various menus all the time you can save your settings in the tabs up top. This enables you to have various veiws of your inquiries just a few clicks away. If you change a settings in a tab you can click the tab and choose to Reset, Update or Remove it. .
